1/4” Hem Bead Roller Sets, 3/4" diameter shafts and 2-1/2" - 3" shaft spacing

Fits all bead rollers with the following specifications:Shaft Size: 3/4”(19mm)Center-to-Center Shaft Distance: Adjustable, 2-1/2” - 3”(63.5mm-72mm)Note: The minimun center-to-center shaft distance can be less than that; the maximun center-to-center shaft distance can be more than that.

• Hardness = 35-45 HRC
• Will fit Bead Rollers with 3/4” shafts and 2-1/2” shaft spacing
• CNC machined hardened steel
• up to 18 gauge steel and 14 gauge aluminum
• Fisrt Step: Use Set 1 to start to creating a hemmed edge.Dies have a integrated guide to keep a consistent edge
• Second step: Use Set 2 to continue creating a hemmed edge.These dies takes the tipped edge made from the step 1 die and folds the edge to 140 degrees
• Third step: Use Set 3 to fold the edge flat to create a nice even finish
• Kit includes the following: 1 x 90° male step die, 1 x 90° female step die, 1 x 140° male step die, 1 x 140° female step die, 1 x flat male step die, 1 x flat female step die
